Better fuzzy matching of videos with slides by using slide title (or content) #21

with v4.0-beta.8, moved backpack lectures to separate space, no more associating them to a lecture. Backpack lectures are now associated only to a subject, just like it is on the impartus site. Users can view / download / manage all the lectures as per their need.
