[Enhancement]: Add support to get lecture chats, show it as a subtitled window. #61

The chats are available per lecture under /api/videos/\<ttid>/chat

This should also download any previous lecture chats (for which videos have been downloaded), and save them as webvtt subtitle/caption format.
