What is the purpose of this pull request?

I followed documentation for .rbs usage and it failed. This PR is an improvement to the docs.

OR, you can help me understand why the docs didn't "just work"? Thanks!

I though [manifest.yml]() exists for that 🤔 looks like not, so let's add this note to the docs

Yeah, I'm new to .rbs so perhaps I did something wrong. Looking at manifst.yml it contains more things than I needed to add to make errors go away. Confusing.
