IStream.getSampleAspectRatio always return 0/1 #303

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an IContainer with local file
2. Get video IStream from IContainer
3. IStream.getSampleAspectRatio()

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: the correct SAR
Instead '0/1' is always returned

What operating system and JVM version are you using.

Win 7 64bits, JDK 1.6, Xuggle 5.4
