Extract Date and Time of creation metadata from video file. #305

Right now, we can fetch good amount of metadata information from any 
audio/video (at least the ones I have tried :)).

But what is missing is the creation time and date of the video/audio file.

For Eg: If I have shot a video from my Camera phone in 3gp/mp4 format, and then 
I save it on my computer, later on if I want to classify various personal 
videos as per the date/time they are created, I would need that metadata 
information.

I have been through a lot of tutorials and I am unable to do that at the 
moment. Its a nice to have feature.
