What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run pipeline with bpipe -r mypipeline
2. Open doc/index.html
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected:
time spent on each stage to be accurate
Observed:
Graphical summary is incorrect
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Debian 6, 64bit 0.9.8.6_rc2
Please provide any additional information below.
The individual stage command summaries do have the correct time, but the
graphics at top don't. See attached screenshot.
