Documentation update

Hi, 

I have noticed a few areas where the documentation could be improved for Bpipe 
Version 0.9.5.3

1/ When running "bpipe --help", some of the commands available such as 'stop' 
and 'retry' are not are not shown. I found about these options by looking at 
the online documentation, but it would be better if they were mentioned in 
"bpipe --help"

2/ In the tutorials of the online documentation, there is a brief mention of 
"forward input". However, when I tried to find more information about this, the 
Bpipe language section of the online documentation did not have any reference 
to the command.

It should be pretty easy to address and would help newcomers. Best regards,

Thanks for pointing out these problems.

I've updated the Wiki with documentation for the 'forward' construct and 
committed changes to the help output.
