--yes option not effective #99

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run a bpipe job
2. run another bpipe job in the same folder with --yes, e.g.: bpipe run --yes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the second job to proceed without manual intervention. Instead. I get
the message:
$ bpipe run --yes

WARNING: there appears to be a pipeline already running in this directory as
process 51856

Running more than one pipeline simultaneously may cause inconsistent results to
be returned
or even incorrect files to be used in your pipeline.

Use 'bpipe stop' to stop an existing pipeline if you want to run another one.

Are you sure you want to continue? (y/n):

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.8.5
