proposal: left click to enable/disable, right key to open menu #88

Currently, both left and right click opens the menu. To enable yubikey without hotkey, one would need to click on the menu, then click on "Enable Yubikey". By changing left click to enable/disable yubikey, it would simplify this workflow by reducing number of clicks from 2 to 1.

Thoughts?

Alas I don’t have time for this project but PRs are welcome!

by reducing number of clicks from 2 to 1.

this is why you should use the hotkey in your keyboard, 0 clicks :D
