Added info on how to easily obtain product and vendor ID #91

Noticed that the instructions didn't work for my Yubikey Nano, after almost giving up I decided to check if the ProductID and the VendorID matched the ones suggested (which did not).

Figured it'd be cool to have had the info in the readme.

Closes #90
