Implement female pt-BR voice #25

This pull request implements the voice Microsoft Server Speech Text to Speech Voice (pt-BR, HeloisaRUS) through the tag pt-br female

Fixes #24

Thanks for your first contirbution @ReeSilva ! It's already available in bingspeech-api-client@2.5.0
