Need more develop:

Save selected theme per user.
Load theme saved at the beggining of the session.

Thanks I'll merge it ASAP. Don't worry about the "pull request cannot be automatically merged", it is under control !

Sorry :disappointed:. I was developing it while the star mini-icon pull request was opened. The conflict should be in leaderboard.html. In the header element. If you want I can launch the PR syncronized with the master, but adding a favicon.ico that I have prepared for tomorrow :grin: .

Done. I've done the magic in Meteor.startup(function () {...}) to avoid importing jquery twice.

Thanks :blush: . I think we need to distribute the code more in order to minimize the conflicts.
