Ukrainian flag doesn't work in TouchBar #2

Pre-conditions: 1) MacBook with touch bar 2) Keyboard layout pre-installed

Steps: 1) Go To System Settings 2) Pick "Keyboard." 3) Select "Customize Control Strip" 4) Add language switcher to the Control Strip 5) Switch the layout to Ukrainian (Russian)

ER: Ukrainian flag in the Touch Bar

AR: Language switcher remains in the previous keyboard layout.

I've just checked and touchbar does show Ukrainian flag. Perhaps this issue can be closed.
