Please rename Ukraine (Russian) to UA (R) #3

First of all, it does not look good - text is to long and after resizing barely readable. Also, it should follow the same country code conventions as other keybord input sources Did it locally (just renaming files itself and keyboard name), but maybe people would want. image

I did this in 2014. Does it still work? Will take pull requests
