Using jupyterlab_prope_r_kernel_tidyverse/3.4.3/Dockerfile and binder button in Prope repo produced:

Possibly is related with pyppeteer installation. Alternatively see:

jupyter-lab-404-not-found-you-are-requesting-a-page-that-does-not-exist

Or use a previous jupyterlab version, such as 3.1.0
