Description This ticket focuses on changing the language of the UI, making the scroll visible, and fixing the negotiation in the modal.

Requirements Wording

[x] Change the wording for Offset Distance
[x] In the profile change the wording for the upload photo button
[x] Match the labels for each page with what is on the nav bar
[x] Change the language in the orders dashboard from shipments to packages

Modal

[x] Move the accept button up
[x] Put a label for negotiate prices (need rational for the numbers)
[x] Make it more clear that the negotiate buttons are selectable

Scroll

[x] Make the scroll visible at all times
