Pull Request Description: Add support to Hana and Lobstr Wallet #16

Objective

This pull request integrates Hana Wallet and Lobstr Wallet into the Soroban-Dapp template by leveraging the latest updates of the @soroban-react package, which now supports these wallets. This integration aims to provide users with more wallet options, enhancing the flexibility and usability of the Dapp.

Changes

Added Packages:

• @soroban-react/hana
• @soroban-react/lobstr

Updated Connectors:

• Added Hana and Lobstr to the supported connectors.

Issues

Hana Wallet

• Connecting: Clicking to connect with Hana opens the wallet pop-up, but it remains blank, preventing wallet connection to the Dapp.

Lobstr Wallet

• Transaction Submission: Although I can connect the wallet and sign the contract in Lobstr, submitting a new greeting results in errors, and the transaction is not sent to the testnet chain.

Possible Causes and Ideas for Resolution

Hana Wallet

• Issue: The pop-up opens and allows login but does not display the UI for connection.
  • Potential Cause: This could be an issue with the wallet itself, @soroban-react/hana or my local environment.

Lobstr Wallet

• Issue: Console error indicates "Lobstr doesn't allow specifying the network that should be used, we skipped the value."
  • Potential Causes:
  • I couldn't set the testnet in Lobstr Wallet.
  • My wallet address does not appear on the blockchain.
  • A problem with testnet.
