LIVE PREVIEW HERE - May still have some bugs in the frontend

@esteblock This should be ready for merge. The backward compatibility with soroswap has been tested. And I found and fixed some packages issues.

I published @soroban-react/xbull@1.0.0 on npm. And if you think this is correct, I stamped new versions of @soroban-react/core and @soroban-react/contracts to 9.0.0 and I still need to publish on npm.
