Add Hana Wallet support #95

Hi, I'm from Hana Wallet. We are looking to add support for Hana Wallet. We have tested this locally, although I'm unsure of what version to specify for package.json as well as the the content for CHANGELOG.md. Also I've left the iconUrl empty, should we have this icon hosted by ourselves and include here? Let me know, thanks!
