Merge #44-ImageTooling to dev #45

Folder was named wrong, so changed the folder name, some words ment something else than they were supposed to. The code got cleaned up and removed unnecessary code for faster build time. All public classes, properties and methods have been giving a small summary.

@LeechFilcher I tested it as much as I could, but would like to ask if you could test it too and see if any problems occur.
