For the record, this patch is pushed to master for the following reasons:
Cleaned the build system
Fixed a major bug on 32bit platform (large files).
Updated the Parameter Interface
One consequence is that three algorithm repositories needed to be updated (because of the updated Parameter interface) : kfusion, orbslam2, infinitam.
If you pull master without updating their algorithms repos, you will encounter errors.
