Transfer Favorites (starred items) to new user? #11

Old user is corrupt. I"d like to copy my Favorites (starred items) to new user. Where are these kept, and can I transfer them over to a new user on the mac. Using Google Chrome is up to date Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) Love this extension use it every day. Many thanks, eve lurie elurie@gmail.com

Hi Eve, glad you like the extension. The starred favorites are stored in localStorage, which isn't particularly easy to transfer over. You can see the localStorage if you use the Chrome developer tools (right click when the Font Previewer pop up is open, click "Inspect pop up", then click "Application" tab, then click "Local storage" on left hand side). That doesn't give you an easy way to transfer it over however. I would suggest taking a screenshot of your favorites or writing them down, and then re-starring them as the new user. Sorry there's not an easier way!
