This should fix the issue on linux-arm64, but I don't have visual studio and cannot build. Maybe it's easier for you to try, and if it works take this fix. Thanks.

lgtm, I'll work on a bit more to see if I can make the detection more robust. But I'll release this version as prerelease anyway
