oasys simulations #3

It should be possible to run oasys simulations from pan-learning.org which can be used for training purposes

This is now theoretically possible with a docker container that uses the Jupyter desktop server. The docker image exists and authentication has been tested.

Next step is testing it on the e-learning platform.
