Time offset isnt working #12

The time offset, which i set in the gui have no effect on the time at all. I tried latest release 4.0.1 and the master-branch as well.

Hey, it is working for me without any problems. I'm also from germany, so i need +1.

same Problem here

workaround: set Automatische Zeitzone inactive save reload page navigate to time-settings again now the time offset is not disabled (grey) anymore an can be set to "1+" save wait...

Some times you have to wait until the next minute change, to see the changes.
