[BUG] Typo on Syrup Pools Screen #6833

Current Behavior

As of today, cake price is going straight down and people are not renewing their locks due to APRs. Buying and staking cake is not a "high APR, low risk" anymore.

Expected Behavior

The string on the front end should change to "low apr, high risk".

Steps To Reproduce

Just navigate to https://pancakeswap.finance/pools to see the typo.

Environment

- Device: MacBook Pro
- OS: Windows 10
- Browser: All
- Wallet: Metamask
