Description: We would like the ability to add a notification 'dot' to any menu item or button on the site. This task is completed once this is made possible in the UI Kit.

Please do not change the underlying structure of the menu. If it is not possible as you see it please consult with @hachiojidev or @RabbitDoge
The menu is used on two projects currently, the exchange, and main Pancake site so the changes need to be controlled at the top-level menu
