stack traces jump right to terminal.lua #11

when a p8x8-converted cart is in /ram/cart, the stack traces for errors are much worse -- the first location is correct, but the next location is terminal.lua.

strangely, this is not the case when you double-click on a p8x8-converted cart -- the stack traces are better there
