update ida_taint2 IDA plugin to also work with IDA 8.4 #1469

Sometime between IDA 7.7 and IDA 8.4 some constants were removed from ida_kernwin. Appears they really were not needed after all to disable delete, add and insert in the Tainted Functions window.
