Add Panda3D installation instructions for CLion. #130

Just easy and simple Panda3D installation instructions for CLion. I had a lot of problems while installing Panda3D on CLion, because there was no documentation about Panda installation for CLion.

Sorry, this got lost in the noise. This looks pretty good, there are some formatting nitpicks like there being a space in the filename of one of the png files. Since you deleted the repo there's nothing more I can do about the PR, feel free to resubmit and ping me if you don't get a response from me.
