Personal data preparer with confidence in the future of filecoin--The Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC) is a project funded by the National Human Genome Research Institute to sequence and assemble genomes from individuals from diverse populations in order to better represent genomic landscape of diverse human populations.

This dataset includes sequencing data, assemblies, and analyses for the offspring of ten parent-offspring trios.

The raw data is about 1.2P and will transfer to 2P in raw power per copy considering the padding.  I will distribute 10x copies to different SP in various geo.

List previous applications and client IDs -How will the data be prepared? Please include tooling used and technical details -If you are not preparing the data, who will prepare the data? (Name and Business) -Has this dataset been stored on Filecoin before? If so, why are you choosing to store it again? -Best practice for storing large datasets includes ideally, storing it in 3 or more regions, with 4 or more storage provider operators or owners.You should list Miner ID, Business Entity, Location of sps you will cooperate with.

Yes, SPs themselves are stocked with enough pledged coins.

Individual data preparers, mainly with the help of official tools such as boost, lotus, Singularity. the dataset used to be stored on filecoin, but the volume is not very large, and most of the SPs communicating at the same time have not stored this dataset.

Currently, we are considering communicating with SPs such as f02953066, f02956073, f02837684, f03028412, f02814775, f02814770.

The report shows that the SP retrieval rate is still low, please contact SPs to continuously adjust the configuration to meet the Spark retrieval requirements.
