Remove login with cookies

browser-cookie3 is not working with chrome at current point, and login with password encountered an import error.

The major changes are:

• reformat file via JetBrain IDE
• removed login with cookies due to failure of browser-cookie3
• moved 'import getpass' to the top of the file
