Please provide passive and quiet install options for the .NET4 Runtime Installer #819

The SlimDX for .NET4 Runtime installer is not able to run without user 
interaction. Please support commandline options like /passive and /quite for 
the installer.

If this is already supported, i've found no documentation of the command line 
options.

Supported in Jan 2012 release, as the runtime installer is now a standard MSI.
