Repo Name and app_name Must Match #16

hook server looks for directory name that matches the app_name listed in huxley.yaml, consider making that flexible in future

Why can't we just use the directory name for this? I'm not sure why it should be in the huxley.yaml file at all. I'm moving this ticket to 'Review' for further discussion.
