The .huxley file should probably be a directory... #52

...to support multiple configuration profiles and to give us more flexibility in how we store things.

@dyoder, should this be a directory in the $HOME directory? Or would you like git's approach of having a .huxley directory in the application repository as well as a global configuration?

I'm moving to Alpha 03. We should be able to get this done, along with #51 after we have an interviewer to iterate on.
