We should give users info on how long it takes to build their clusters. I've gotten it to under 10 minutes, but I've never properly measured it. This would offer users a transparent, useful feeback if we included in logging.

So, it turns out I was wrong about this. That only (sorta) applies to on-demand instances. Spot instances take longer and definitely push it over that. When I timed it with Dan yesterday, I got around 14 minutes.
