For All Resources: rm, remove, delete, and destroy are Synonyms. #60

In the Huxley CLI, for sub-commands of every resource the commands rm, remove, delete, and destroy should all do the same thing.

While not perfectly synonymous, would "add" be an alternative for "create"?
