Update the Huxley API with Data Collected by the Kick Server #70

As the kick server collects information from the services and applications, it needs to pipe that information to the Huxley API. Please implement an endpoint on the Huxley API to collect data from the kick server. Please also implement storage of this data on the Huxley API server.
