Build Huxley CLI Test Suite #81

This is not an area of expertise for me, but I can see that we need testing for Huxley's CLI commands, especially as we build out features. The issue Dan reported in Alpha 02's release could and should have been caught by a test case, but I haven't really considered building them in until now.

I'll stick this into Alpha 03 until we talk about it. However, we probably won't have time in Alpha 03, so this can be implemented in Alpha 04 and then maintained moving forward.
