Add MIT license #1

The buildpack does not have a license yet and I could not find a license in the upstream of forks. Would be great if we could add MIT license as I would like to create a buildpack based on this one for Clojure/Boot/Org-Babel.

@nblumoe Thanks for the heads-up. I'm fine with adding the MIT License, but I don't think we want to add the Emacs/Babel stuff for people who just want to run Boot on Heroku, right? (I apologize if my upstream fork was confusing; I used the Emacs' buildpack as a starting point due to its simplicity.)

It was not intended to end up here, sorry. I messed this up with changes that should be only in my buildpack for the literate programming. Sorry, will fix it.
