The original SlickGrid repo now identifies the 6pac fork as the primary fork. We should investigate whether any commits could be pulled from the upstream fork into our own.

They've very nicely explained the changes they have made here. These look interesting on an initial scan:

1. Remove redundant slick pager code
1. Fix unnecessary horizontal scroll for autosized columns when viewport has fractional pixel width
1. Fix grouping bug
1. Add css manipulation so that grid initialises successfully if the parent element is hidden

Any bug fixes listed there may be worth investigating, but anything related to examples, slicklines, or Yahoo stuff can be safely ignored IMO.
