Add level options, adjust and add CSS rules for attractive interface #9

Add game rules to display with related levels
In game menu, add buttons for selecting levels
For Medium level, create and add 2 more row elements (2 more attempts)
For Easy level, hide all indicators since we show the correct digits directly
Adjust original, add new corresponding CSS rules and Javascript code

Thank you very much for your contribution. I can see many places to improve more within this PR. But may be we can improve more in different PR or branches. This PR is good enough to be accepted. Merged the PR
