revealjs-codeblock template renders //reveal.js plugins only #200

I am trying to get the revealjs-codeblock filter to work. So far without great success.

I wonder if the template.html is needed or used, because it has a script comment

// reveal.js plugins

in it that prohibits reasonable output. any user experience and suggestions?

fixed locally for me, and updated the template with pandoc's current version.
