Including the comprehensive guide to wiki and making examples for the guide in-game. #143

Hello all, I am Sivarajan, I am moderator of Tunnelers' Abyss I made a guide for digilines and touch screens that can help beginner to learn about them. I would like that to be included somewhere in this server wiki and examples can be made a part of this server. I am giving these guides to every server to educate people to use digilines. I would like to have help to modify this guide and make it part of pandora-box wikipedia. @SivarajanSam i started a standalone game (map included) with some initial mesecons and digiline tutorials here: https://github.com/BuckarooBanzay/mesecons_lab and on the contentdb: https://content.minetest.net/packages/BuckarooBanzay/mesecons_lab/ The Plan is to make a comprehensive mesecons-/digiline-/digistuff-tutorial and playground there in the future. If you are interested feel free to add another platform with examples and open a PR or send me the WE-Schematics.

Remember that update is done in fork repository and wont be available for ContentDB package users. If updating guide then I do recommend mentioning that "official" digistuff package cannot be used.
