Well, balloon is not exactly duplicate. Probably I did just read title and added label based on that. Fuel use is exact duplicate of pandorabox.io#668 Other than that only duplicate at functional level. If this is just about hot air balloons then I'd suggest changing title to "add hot air balloons" and leave unrelated fuel mod out because hot air balloons do not use that.

It is an ugly balloon. I would be more than happy to kill off said balloon, and go for fuel only.

building JD balloons is more creative, granted they can travel many places really fast.

It depends on a second mod (based on the wine mod), with a distiller that allows to transform some inputs into biofuel and fly with them.
