I think this could be very beneficial if done correctly.

My suggestion would be to add a special "info book" item to either pandorabox_custom or a new mod under pandorabox-io, that could be translated into multiple languages and offer a language selection upon opening it.

It would contain similar content to https://pandorabox.io/index.php/Tips, as well as answers to other common questions and issues new players have.

Mix this idea with https://github.com/pandorabox-io/in-game/issues/190 and there's your answer.

Translations still must be sent by server engine while client is loading world data, not 100% sure but I think you cannot send translations after that.

that's exaclty what int wanted when he wrote his TLDR book (can be read at his light-tower and at commonwealth hotel)
