Tool insurance/"recall rune" #274

Comment was made in reply to #273 ; decided to start it on its own:

Huhhila If you want to start discussing about stuff to make game safer... crafting recipe: lava block, level 0 tool, mob protection rune lv2, minimap_radar => tool "recall" rune that can be applied to lv 20+ version of the same type of tool. If recipe seems too cheap, add corium bucket, triple berry smoothie or something similar. But I guess something like that was discussed over a year ago, wouldn't be too straightforward to implement. As in despawn-prevention/insurance upgrade for some items.

Bones are better now, so loosing tools is much less of an issue now, but it could be nice to protect high level tools from other dangers such as breaking and dropping... or maybe we all just need to be more careful ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

we need to stay vigilant. Otherwise where is the survival tag still being true? ;)

Huhhila [in-game#274] could be linked to minetest PR#10723 given that implementing it would likely need that on_deactivate.
