Adding `moremesecons` #310

The4spaceconstants Add the mod "moremesecons"

BuckarooBanzai looked at that mod a while ago and i had some lag-concerns, there were a few blocks that used quite a lot of cpu, do you know any other servers using that?

The4spaceconstants You could fork the mesecon privilege mod to only allow a set few to use the moremesecons mod. It's a modpack, so you can individually disable the laggy components.

1hit EdenLost is running moremesecons. Off the top of my head, I don't recall why or which nodes in it are being used. However, EdenLost does not have nearly as many technic-savy players as Pandorabox does. But I've not noticed any problems.

There's some good things in that modpack, but there's also some that we definitely don't want (like the player killer). We could add this to .partial_mods and only enable the more useful stuff.
