Add elements mod from Tunneler's Abyss

so currently i feel like recreating the elements mod from tunneler's abyss minus drugs (which is no funny atom tehnic whatever stuff) so it's just a large amount of ingots, lumps, dust, blocks and ores (2 (or 4 with funny mesecons) nodes per ore, which might be about 10 to 50)

here is my list that i definitely didnt copy from mindustry:

• titanium (maybe in #249)
  • titanium could be used in cryofluid if you wanna copy mindustry
  • titanium oxide is apparently a white powder, shocking
  • titanium dust is flammable
  • titanium is also resistant to radiation, can't figure out the exact halving distance because i don't want to sign up for some website that i'll receive emails from for the next kajillion years
• thorium (in #249)
• molybdenum (in #19)
• lithium (for batteries?)
  • what if the lithium block explodes like the battery pillow wait actually that's a terrible idea
• plutonium, because yes

birdlover32767 What if we had an elements mod with various (about 10) elements like tunneler's abyss, or would that fit in pandorabox_custom, idk. Anyway, that would supply items for: #8 #335 #260 #249 #196 #19

btw the tunneler's abyss elements mod is kept closed-source to encourage exploration so someone would need to make it from scratch (which is like, easy if you only add whatever i said in OP)
