wf13 could we please change the point at which you get atmospheric travel to gold peasant??? frog could we remove the xp system honestly

Landing privs only affect a very small portion of the map. It's easy to play and have a lot of fun without them.

No, we can't remove XP-system at this point. I refuse to start listing all the implications that would have.
